A lot of what looks like an "error" on GMRGame is really a server limit: account count, IP cap or a camp requirement. Find what you're seeing in the table.
GMRGame errors and fixes
| Problem | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| A 4th account won't log in | One PC can run 3 accounts at most | Stay at 3 accounts per PC |
| One more character from the same house won't log in | Max 6 characters per IP | Stay at 6 characters per IP |
| Will I get banned for using a VPN? | Proxy and VPN logins are allowed | No penalty for that |
| Genie won't open at BOWL | Genie is disabled around BOWL | Turn it on away from BOWL |
| Can't enter Camp 2 | EMC, LFC and Eslant Camp 2 need 10K Monthly NP that day | Farm 10K Monthly NP that day first |
| Can't open a shop in Moradon Camp 2 | Merchants are banned in Moradon Camp 2 | Open it in Camp 1 |
| Sign-up form rejects me | Wrong lock password or phone format | Lock password is exactly 8 digits; phone starts with 05, 11 digits |
| My weapon has low AP, is it bugged? | Unique bonus system | Not bugged; the bonus decides the damage |
Can't get into GMRGame? Check the limits first: 3 accounts per PC and 6 characters per IP, while VPN logins are allowed. Camp 2 needs 10K Monthly NP that day and Genie is off around BOWL.
GMRGame won't download or start
The download page has two FTP links and both give the same 64-bit client (GmrGame_x64_Setup.zip), so if one stalls use the other. Extract the zip to a folder, make an account on the site, then log in with it in game. Only download the client from gmrgame.com.
Source / rights
Minimum specs are Windows 10 64-bit, 2 GB RAM, DirectX 9 and 5 GB of free space. If you meet them and the game still won't open, the site hasn't posted a fix for it; ask for help on the server's Discord.

GMRGame forgot password and sign-up problems
Forgot your password? Enter your GmrGame ID or email in the Remember password section of the login window and the details go to your registered email. Stuck on sign-up? Check two things: the lock password must be exactly 8 digits, and the phone number must start with 05 and have 11 digits. You also need to pass the Turnstile check under the form.
Is my GMRGame weapon bugged?
No. The server gave some weapons a unique bonus, so a weapon with lower AP on paper can hit harder. The site's own example: Exceptional Raptor shows more AP than Giga, but Exp Raptor's bonus makes it deal more damage. Chitin Shell also gets a 5% buff after +3 REB.
