GMRGame's beta opened on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 and the official server on Friday, August 21. The 1st Academy opened on September 11; its merge is listed as September 21 on the Academy page and September 28 on the general calendar.
What happened in the beta
The beta went up on 19 August and the official server followed two days later. There was a CSW on day 1 and day 2 of the beta, each with a 100,000 TL prize pool.
Each CSW paid 7 winners: 30,000 TL to the clan that took the stone, then 20,000, 15,000, 12,500, 10,000, 7,500 and 5,000 TL for places 1 to 6. Half of each prize was paid in cash and half as balance, and a clan could bring at most 16 players. Beta CR events handed out balance and KC too.
How the rolling Academy works
Alongside the main server, GMRGame runs a rolling Academy model. According to the server overview, the first Academy opens on day 30 after launch and merges into the main server 10 days later. Every new Academy runs with rates boosted by 100%, and there are special boxes at the start and end of each one.
The homepage and the Academy page both put the 1st Academy opening on Friday 11 September, while the older roadmap poster says Friday 18 September. Academy characters start at level 83 and move to the main server as a “Karakter Ring” after 10 days.
When is the GMRGame merge?
The site gives two merge dates: the roadmap on the 1st Academy page says Monday, September 21, while the general server calendar lists Monday, September 28 and adds that the merge schedule will be published separately.
The general rule for merges is already clear: coins are wiped after every merge and a fresh GB economy starts. If you're sitting on coins, turning them into something permanent (upgrades, rebirth, talisman) before the next merge is the safe play.
