On GMRGame the Monster Stone item only drops from the Hob Goblin Quest in Colony Zone and from the CR Point item.

There are exactly two sources: the Hob Goblin Quest in CZ and the CR Point item. The site says "only" for both, so there is no mob drop or other route.

You earn CR Points from Collection Race quests; every CR quest gives 1 CR Point on top of its box. The same points pay for rebirth, talismans and Draki entry, so decide what you need most before sinking them all into Monster Stone.

The Monster Stone item only comes from the CZ Hob Goblin Quest and the CR Point item. Monster Stone costs 0 coins to enter, and 10 boss kills guarantee an MS Box full of Spell Stone Powder. Party MS costs 25M and 5 bosses drop a Party MS Box.

What drops inside Monster Stone?

Entry costs nothing. The bosses inside drop Old accessories and Spell Stone Powder. Kill 10 MS bosses and you get an MS Box every time, and that box always gives Spell Stone Powder.

Spell Stone Powder is what unlocks the locked 70, 72, 75 and 80 skills, and each skill quest turn-in also costs 25M coins. Once you hit 83, Monster Stone is one of the most direct ways to get your skills open.

The quest list has a [MS] Box Monster Stone quest. It is solo only, rewards a Monster Stone Box and, like every quest on the list, needs level 83.

What is Party MS and how much is the entry fee?

Party MS is the party version of Monster Stone and costs 25M coins to enter. Every party member can take the quest. After 5 Party MS bosses you are guaranteed a Party MS Box with a random item inside.

What the Party MS bosses can drop:

  • Gold Bars and Silver Bars
  • Spell Stones
  • Old accessories
  • Unique accessories

The Party MS Boss [Quest] sits in Monster Stone and works in a party or solo. It pays out a Gold Box plus Gold Coin x5.

Why Party MS matters for Parchments

The server intro page says level 2 and 3 Parchments come from bosses and Party MS. The current player guide has you combine Parchments at Shozin to level them up, so check the level of any Parchment you loot there before you open it.

The Gold Bars from Party MS are useful too. Rebirth, talismans and the Hepa Exp recipe all eat GB.

Academy note

Scrolls, gems and MS don't carry over when an Academy character moves to the main server. Use any Monster Stone items you stacked on Academy before the merge.

Do I need coins to enter Monster Stone?
Not for regular Monster Stone. Party MS is the one that charges, at 25M per entry.
What comes out of an MS Box?
It's guaranteed Spell Stone Powder. Stockpile it for the locked skills between 70 and 80.
Can I do Party MS solo?
It is built around parties and every member can take the quest. The Party MS Boss quest itself is listed as party or solo.
What level do I need for Monster Stone?
The MS quests on the list require level 83. Levelling 1-83 is light farm on this server, so it comes quickly.
